Eline Heral

Eline Heral is a Customer Success Manager for the Benelux region at MongoDB, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Eline served as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at Darktrace from October 2022 to September 2024. Eline's earlier experience includes working as a Digital National Account Executive and Marketing Assistant at Elizabeth Arden from June 2019 to October 2022, as well as a Marketing Intern for Bulgari in 2018. Eline began professional development as a Marketing Management Trainee at Glow Global Events and as a Communication and Marketing Intern at Exelle Paris. Eline holds a Master of Science in Marketing Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Université Paris-Sorbonne, along with the European Baccalaureate from the European School of Bergen.
