Emma Cataldi

Emma Cataldi has a diverse work experience in different roles and companies. Emma currently works at MongoDB as the Lead of Recruiting Operations since May 2022. Prior to that, they were the Lead Recruiting Coordinator at Bolt from December 2021 to March 2022.

Emma's longest tenure was at Facebook, where they worked from May 2018 to December 2021. During their time there, they held the position of Recruiting Coordinator. Their responsibilities included coordinating support for three recruiters and four sourcers across various teams and locations. Emma managed over 1000 interviews per half and ensured a high standard of candidate experience. Emma also demonstrated leadership skills by managing a team of five recruiting coordinators and providing mentorship and support. Emma used data to drive engagement and accountability in recruiting and collaborated on projects such as creating an interviewer training program and improving employee survey results.

Before Facebook, Emma worked at Victoria's Secret, where they had multiple roles. Emma started as an Assistant Merchant from October 2016 to May 2018 and also had a role as a Merchandising Intern from August 2016 to October 2016.

Emma Cataldi attended Drexel University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Design and Merchandising with a focus on Design & Merchandising. In 2015, they also studied at ESCE International Business School in Paris, France, specializing in Luxury Merchandising. Additionally, during the same year, they pursued studies in Marketing at The Foundation of International Education in London, UK.
