Eric Barber

Eric Barber is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in web design, development, and experimentation. Currently serving as the Lead Growth Experimentation Engineer at MongoDB since June 2021, Eric applies advanced A/B testing techniques using Optimizely from previous experience as a Senior Experiment Engineer at CROmetrics. As a Co-Owner of Tincture Design since November 2017, Eric focuses on creating web solutions for health and wellness partners. Previous roles include Developer III at Mediacom Communications, Web Designer/Developer at FusionMS, and a Developer Intern at SWELL, Inc. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a minor in Fine Art from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus.
