Ezra Steinberg

Ezra Steinberg is an accomplished sales leader currently serving as Regional Director of Enterprise Growth at MongoDB since February 2024, following a tenure at Grafana Labs as Strategic Account Executive from April 2023 to February 2024, and as Regional Director of Enterprise Sales at Moveworks from December 2021 to April 2023. Active in Pavilion as an Executive Member since January 2020, Ezra graduated from the Pavilion Rising Executive Sales Leadership Training Program. Previous roles include Director of Sales at CB Insights, where Ezra led a successful team, and Senior Account Executive at Grovo, achieving multiple sales performance awards. Ezra holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
