Customer Success Manager

Felipe Simao started their career at Rackspace in 2016, where they worked as an Online Specialist. In this role, they handled lead generation opportunities through various channels and guided prospects through the sign-up and deployment process of Cloud products. Felipe also qualified and passed leads to the sales team.
