Geary Eppley

Geary Eppley is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in product management and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager at MongoDB since June 2025, Geary previously held the position of Vice President of Product & Engineering at DispatchTrack, where responsibilities included driving product vision and managing a global team of over 70 professionals. As Chief Executive Officer at Point Inside from April 2013 to December 2023, Geary oversaw product and engineering for an indoor mapping platform handling significant data volumes. Prior roles include Vice President of Business Products at PayScale, Inc., Program Manager at Microsoft, and various positions in other technology companies. Geary earned a BA in Physics and Mathematics from Whitman College.
