Gish Costa

Gish Costa is an experienced sales enablement professional with a robust background in various roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Delivery Sales Enablement Manager at MongoDB since February 2024, Gish previously held the position of Senior Sales Enablement Manager at DocuSign, where responsibilities included designing end-to-end enablement strategies and analyzing sales metrics for the APAC Field Organisation. Prior experience at Salesforce included leading sales enablement efforts for Asia and serving as an Account Executive, where Gish focused on building customer relationships and managing sales cycles. Roles at Cisco, Boston Scientific, and other companies provided diverse experiences in account management, quality systems, and food technology. Gish holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Purdue University and an MBA from The University of Hong Kong.
