Heather Stanford has a diverse work experience background. Heather started their career as an intern at Baylor Scott & White Health, where they assisted in conducting cardiac stress tests. Heather then taught English as a Second Language at IES Maria Guerrero in Madrid, Spain. At Next Insurance, Heather worked as a Product Advisor and later became a Support Team Lead, leading and developing high-performing teams and serving a large customer base. Heather also worked as an Extracurricular Elementary Spanish Teacher at Sarah's Spanish School. Most recently, Heather worked at DISCO as a Client Success Manager, managing client health, developing relationships, and driving adoption. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at MongoDB.

Heather Stanford attended Texas A&M University from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. During the same period, they also worked towards a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish at the same university.
