Hira Hashmi

Hira Hashmi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Hira currently works at MongoDB as the Director and Head of HR Operations since July 2022. Previously, they held the role of Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer from June 2021 to July 2022.

Prior to MongoDB, Hira worked at Revlon Inc. for three years. Their roles at Revlon included Director of Human Resources for Finance and Marketing from January 2021 to May 2021, Senior HR Manager for Finance and Marketing from July 2020 to January 2021, and Senior HR Manager for Finance from August 2018 to June 2020.

Before joining Revlon, Hira worked at Unilever for several years. Their roles at Unilever included HR Business Partner for Finance from June 2017 to July 2018, Senior Talent and Analytic Lead from March 2016 to June 2017, HR Business Partner for Finance and Information Technology from October 2016 to February 2017, Talent Management Specialist from July 2013 to February 2016, and Regional Operation Specialist for Ice Cream Sales as a Management Trainee from January 2013 to June 2013. Hira also had a role as an HR Project Management Trainee from July 2012 to December 2012.

In their various roles, Hira has demonstrated skills in talent management, analytics, HR business partnering, and organizational development.

Hira Hashmi completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from NYU Stern School of Business during the period of 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Lahore University of Management Sciences, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
