Ian Wiggins

Ian Wiggins has diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Ian started their career as a Distribution Manager at Stuller, Inc. in 2012, where they were responsible for managing a team, payroll, researching errors, and implementing cost-saving methods. In 2013, they worked as an Inventory Expeditor at Baker Hughes, handling sales orders, utilizing a database, and analyzing reports.

From 2014 to 2016, Ian worked as a Course Developer at Frank's International N.V., designing and creating training materials and collaborating with different departments. Ian then moved on to Schumacher Clinical Partners as a Learning & Development Specialist, where they administered a learning management system, developed eLearning courses, and revamped the virtual onboarding program.

In 2018, Ian joined Alteryx as a Sr. Instructional Designer, focusing on creating customer-facing interactive lessons, localizing courses, and writing blogs. Ian then transitioned to Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Technical Curriculum Developer in 2021.

Ian's most recent work experience includes a role as Manager, Curriculum Development at Alteryx from 2021 to 2023, where they led curriculum development initiatives. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Education Enablement Manager at MongoDB, where they are responsible for education enablement.

Ian Wiggins completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology, with a minor in History, from Louisiana State University. Ian attended the university from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, Ian obtained several certifications including the Alteryx Designer Core Certification, Alteryx Designer Advanced Certification, and Machine Learning Foundation Micro-Credential from Alteryx. Ian also obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
