James Millard

James Millard is a seasoned SaaS account management leader with a proven track record in building and leading customer-facing teams and driving revenue retention and growth. They have held several key positions, including Regional Director of Account Management at MongoDB and Director of Account Management at QuotaPath. James previously served as a Senior Account Manager at The Advisory Board Company and has experience with the U.S. Department of State as a Consular Intern and Political and Economic Intern. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies at Sewanee: The University of the South, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
