Jeff Akers

Jeff Akers has held various roles in the sales industry, starting with their current position as the Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales at MongoDB since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Director of Enterprise Sales at MongoDB from January 2020 to December 2021. Before joining MongoDB, Jeff was the Director of Sales for the U.S. West region at Instart Logic Inc from February 2018 to January 2020. Jeff also served as a Major Account Executive at Akamai Technologies from July 2016 to February 2018. In addition, Jeff worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Capriza from August 2014 to July 2016. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Aerohive Networks from 2008 to 2014, including Regional Sales Manager, Senior Territory Account Manager/Team Lead, Territory Account Manager, and Business Development Manager. Jeff began their career as a Field Sales Representative at Empire Today in 2008. Before entering the sales industry, they were an Independent Business Owner at Akers Home Improvements LLC from September 2003 to July 2008.

Jeff Akers obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a major in Management and Marketing from Notre Dame de Namur University in 2007. Prior to that, they pursued Business Administration with a major in Management and Marketing at San Diego State University from 1998 to 2002, although they did not complete a degree there. In 2001, they took Language & Cultural Enrichment Courses at Universidad de Málaga.
