John Misczak

John Misczak is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security engineering and consulting. Currently serving as a Staff Security Engineer at MongoDB since June 2020, John has previously held roles including Senior InfoSec Engineer and Solutions Architect. Prior to MongoDB, John worked at NBCUniversal Media, LLC as a Cybersecurity Senior Engineer and at Security Risk Advisors as a Senior Consultant, where responsibilities included conducting penetration tests and security assessments. Additionally, John began a career at PwC in the Advisory IT Security, Privacy, and Risk practice, focusing on Identity and Access Management. John holds both a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Drexel University.
