Jon F. has extensive work experience in the field of technical services and support. Jon began their career as a 3rd Line Support Analyst at UBC Media Group in 2003. From there, they worked as a Senior Systems Analyst at Sophos until 2008, where they managed systems analysis tasks. Jon then joined BSkyB as a Systems Administrator, responsible for managing the back-end and front-end infrastructure of the www.oddschecker.com website.

In 2009, Jon started working for the UK Ministry of Defence as a Team Leader, overseeing a team and managing a Linux-based data collection and distribution system. Jon also implemented automated build and management systems using Puppet Enterprise and Cobbler. After leaving the UK Ministry of Defence in 2013, Jon joined Rackspace as a Linux Systems Administrator II, supporting enterprise segments and working with Redhat Enterprise Linux environments.
