Jon Frederick Dahl is an Enterprise Systems Leader with 15 years of experience, nearly a decade of which has been spent at MongoDB, where they currently serve as Lead, Business Systems. They have a proven track record in driving business-critical integrations, automation, and digital transformation by scaling platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Jira. Formerly, Jon worked as an IT Analyst at Steiner Studios and as a Senior IT Analyst at SAY Media, where they supported diverse technical infrastructures and managed software solutions. They hold a BA in Film Studies from Hunter College and a degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
