Kaitlin Hoff

Kaitlin Niles Hoff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business development. Currently serving as the Regional Manager for Sales Development at MongoDB since February 2022, Kaitlin previously held positions at NetSuite, where roles included Business Development Manager and Account Executive for Emerging Markets. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Development Consultant at Oracle, along with positions at the Chicago Bears and the Indiana University Bloomington athletic department. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, augmenting a foundational education at Butler University.
