Kate Evans

Kate Evans is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at MongoDB since August 2021. Prior to this, Kate held multiple positions at Medidata Solutions, including People & Business Partner for Sales and Marketing Life Sciences Engagement and HR Business Partner for the EMEA region. Earlier career experience includes roles as HR Generalist and HR Coordinator, along with foundational roles as HR Assistant at both Bridgend County Borough Council and BackCheck. Kate holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, an Advanced Postgraduate Diploma from CIPD, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Cardiff University.
