Kelsey Olson

Kelsey Olson has a diverse background in customer success, sales, business development, and finance. Kelsey most recently worked at MongoDB, starting in February 2020 as a Customer Success Manager, and later progressing to a Senior Customer Success Manager and a Strategic Customer Success Manager in May and November 2021, respectively.

Prior to MongoDB, Kelsey worked at Hired (now Vettery), starting in June 2017 as a Sales Development Representative. Kelsey then transitioned to an Account Executive role in January 2018 and eventually became an Account Manager in April 2018, where they stayed until February 2020.

Kelsey also gained experience as a Business Development Intern at H-O Products Corp. from June 2016 to September 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual from May 2015 to September 2015.

Additionally, Kelsey had an internship as a Marketing Research Intern at Terry College of Business from February 2015 to May 2015.

Kelsey Olson holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Business from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained certifications in Life Accident & Health Insurance Producer from the National Insurance Producer Registry in May 2015, and in Lifeguarding from the American Red Cross.
