Lacy Ceder has a diverse work experience across various companies. Lacy started their career as a Sales Associate at OutboundEngine in 2015, where they excelled in the SMB market, particularly with real estate agents and insurance companies. Lacy then joined Forcepoint in 2016, initially as a Business Development Representative before being promoted to Senior Inside Sales Representative. In this role, they managed a book of over 200 accounts and implemented new territory management processes to grow the education and government market. At Packed Party in 2018, Lacy served as a Key Account Sales Manager, overseeing a base of 500+ SMB and mid-market customers, with a focus on customer success and retention. Lacy transitioned to Wanderlust Yoga Austin in 2019 as a Guest Experience Manager, before joining MongoDB later that year. At MongoDB, Lacy started as a Cloud Account Executive, actively prospecting, building strong relationships, and driving adoption of MongoDB Atlas. Lacy quickly advanced to Senior Cloud Account Executive and then Customer Success Manager, before assuming the role of Manager, Customer Success. Currently, Lacy holds the position of Manager, Strategic Account Management at MongoDB, where they continue to leverage their skills and experience in driving success for the company's strategic accounts.
