Lauren Eden

Lauren Eden has extensive work experience in customer success and sales roles. Lauren is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at MongoDB since July 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Dispatch, including Enterprise Customer Success Manager from October 2021 to July 2022, Customer Engagement Manager from October 2020 to October 2021, and Customer Engagement Associate from September 2019 to October 2020. Lauren also has experience in the nonprofit sector, having worked as a Food Acquisition Associate - Donations at The Greater Boston Food Bank from February 2019 to September 2019.
