Lauren Fox is a seasoned design professional currently serving as a Senior Design Strategist at MongoDB, focusing on complex design challenges and developing scalable product strategy frameworks. With prior roles as a Senior Product Designer and Product Designer at MongoDB, Lauren has been instrumental in enhancing core platform features and enabling user-requested functionalities. Experience also includes leading design initiatives for Google Cloud, managing a Product Design team at TrackVia, and establishing design systems for various clients. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication and Advertising with a minor in Marketing from Ball State University.
