Leaf Nunes

Leaf Nunes is an accomplished Senior Platform Engineer at MongoDB, with a diverse background in software engineering spanning multiple prominent companies. Prior experience includes significant roles at Fastly, where Leaf served as Principal Software Engineer, Senior Manager of Engineering, and Software Engineering Manager, as well as at Signal Sciences, holding positions such as Release Engineering Manager and Build and Release Engineer. Earlier in the career, Leaf contributed to Pixar Animation Studios as a Senior Build and Release Engineer, among other roles focused on configuration and release software engineering. Leaf holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Science from Baskin Engineering at UCSC, earned between 1993 and 1997.
