Lenore Feder

Lenore Feder has extensive experience in corporate communications and public affairs, having held significant roles at various organizations. Lenore began as a Public Relations Assistant at Bricker & Associates, Inc. before progressing to positions such as Corporate Communications Specialist at Barnes & Noble. At Viacom, Lenore served in several capacities, including Senior Director of Communications & Public Affairs. Subsequent roles included Vice President of Internal Communications at Credit Suisse and Director of Internal Communications at PayPal. Lenore’s current position is Head of Employee Communications at MongoDB, following a tenure as Sr. Director of Global Employee Communications & Community at PayPal. Lenore earned a Master's degree in Strategic Communications from Columbia University and holds a degree from Brandeis University.
