Louisa Berger

Louisa Berger has a strong background in software engineering and cloud automation. Louisa started their career at South End Press as a Publishing Intern, where they worked on online publicity and editing manuscripts. Louisa then worked as a Research Assistant/Instructor at NOVA Modeling Software before joining Google, Inc. as a Software Engineering Intern. At MongoDB, Louisa held multiple roles, starting as a Software Engineer and progressing to Senior Software Engineer, Lead Engineer, Senior Lead Software Engineer, and Director of Engineering, Cloud Automation. Their most recent position is Director of Engineering, Atlas Serverless and Cloud Automation at MongoDB.

From 2008 to 2012, Louisa Berger attended Oberlin College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science.
