Luke Dowley is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in enterprise and strategic account management. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at MongoDB since August 2022, Luke oversees a team of regional directors and 22 representatives focused on large enterprise accounts across Southern California and the Rocky Mountains. Prior to this role, Luke held positions at MongoDB as Regional Director of Enterprise Sales and Strategic Account Director, achieving significant growth in major accounts. Earlier career experience includes various roles at Dell EMC, such as Enterprise Account Executive and Federal Account Manager, managing prominent enterprise accounts and federal entities. Luke also served as Head of Sales at Alpinax Drone Services and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
