Lynn Shin

Lynn Shin is an experienced operations and program manager with a strong background in strategic project management and customer success. Currently serving as Operations Manager at MongoDB since November 2024, Lynn has previously held managerial roles at CodePath and Girls Who Code, focusing on business performance improvement, onboarding, and seamless program delivery. Lynn's early career included various operations roles at Success Academy Charter Schools. Lynn graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from New York University in 2016.
