Markus Thielsch

Markus Thielsch is a seasoned technical services professional with extensive experience in cloud and technical support roles. At MongoDB since February 2016, Markus has advanced through various positions, currently serving as Lead Technical Services Engineer - Cloud. Prior to MongoDB, Markus worked at ANZ from March 2011 to January 2016 as a Technical Support Analyst, where significant contributions included implementing new trading systems and managing hardware assets. Markus also held technical support roles at Bloomberg and Weiss-EDV-Service GmbH, leading a team in desktop support and IT system administration. The educational background includes an Associate Engineer degree in Information and Computer Systems from Siemens Technik Akademie Munich and a preparatory Abitur from Kurfürst Ruprecht Gymnasium.
