In 2009, Donovan pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from the same university, which they successfully completed in 2010. Additionally, in June 2010, they obtained the Professional in Human Resource (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
