Nick Cortesi

Nick Cortesi has a diverse work experience in the talent acquisition field. Nick is currently the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at MongoDB, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at naviHealth from April 2019 to December 2021 as the Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role, they led a team of recruiters and managers, scaled the organization, guided M&A processes, and achieved cost savings. Before naviHealth, Nick was the Director at Allegis Global Solutions from March 2018 to April 2019. Nick also had a long tenure at TEKsystems, where they held multiple roles including Director of Recruiting Operations and Recruiting Leader. Nick started their career at TEKsystems as an IT Recruiter in June 2006.

Nick Cortesi attended Western Illinois University from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Marketing Management and Computer Science. Nick obtained a degree in Marketing Management and Computer Science from Western Illinois University. In addition, they have been certified as a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) by the Society for Human Resource Management.
