Nuno Costa has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nuno began their career at COFERSAN in 1996, where they served as the IT Director. In this role, they managed Windows servers and desktops, Oracle database, and Cisco networking switches. Nuno also led development cycles in ERP GIN ORACLE, FIREBIRD, and DELPHI.

After leaving COFERSAN in 2012, Nuno joined MEDIA CAPITAL as a Systems Administrator. Here, they managed the iol.pt web infrastructure, handling technologies like firewall management (Check Point and Fortinet), networking (Juniper, Brocade, and Huawei), and VPNs. Nuno was responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the web infrastructure and maintaining security protocols.

In 2016, Nuno moved to MongoDB, where they held multiple roles. Nuno started as a Technical Services Engineer, providing support to customers. Due to their exceptional performance and dedication, they quickly advanced to the position of Senior Technical Services Engineer. Nuno's technical expertise and passion for their work earned him the reputation of being a "mentor of choice" within their team. Nuno was recognized for transforming difficult customer relationships by delivering detailed support and turning acrimony into enthusiasm for MongoDB products.

Nuno's commitment and proactive nature led to their promotion as Team Lead in the Technical Services EMEA division. In this role, they demonstrated enthusiasm, passion, and a willingness to assist other team members with their workload. Nuno actively participated in global initiatives such as Technical Experts and internal TS Training programs. Nuno's leadership and contributions played a significant role in the success of the team.

Nuno Costa completed their education at the "Instituto Superior Técnico" from 1998 to 2012, earning a Licentiate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
