Prateek Chakraverty is an experienced technical professional with a robust background in cloud services and technical support. Currently serving as an Associate Technical Account Manager at MongoDB since June 2022, Prateek provides premium support and technical assistance for the Core MongoDB database and Atlas PaaS. Prior experience includes a role as a Cloud Engineer at Amazon Web Services, focusing on storage and content delivery technologies, as well as positions at Commvault, Avante IT, Hewlett-Packard, and Dell, where expertise spanned messaging support, systems engineering, technical solutions consulting, and advanced hardware resolution.
