Rashmi Bedi

Rashmi Bedi has several years of experience in finance and operations management. Rashmi currently works at MongoDB as an Account Receivable Manager, a position they have held since 2023. Before that, they worked at Accenture in India as a Finance Operations Manager from April 2022 to January 2023. In this role, Rashmi was responsible for internal and external audits, credit control, collections, and reconciliations.

Prior to Accenture, Rashmi worked at Genpact from 2018 to 2022, where they held various roles such as Manager and Assistant Manager. Rashmi managed collection processes, cash applications, dispute management, and legal collections for clients in South Africa. Rashmi also led governance calls and offered solutions to top management regarding project-related issues. Additionally, Rashmi participated in the design and execution of multiple RPA projects and performed successful UAT tests.

Earlier in their career, Rashmi worked at TCS e-Serve International Ltd. as a Senior Process Associate F&A (Collection) from 2008 to 2012. Rashmi'sresponsibilities included monitoring accounts for compliance, creating legal documents, and achieving performance goals.

Rashmi Bedi has a diverse education history. In 2000, they attended GOCHAR KRISHI INTER COLLEGE RAMPUR MANIHARAN, where they studied Physical Sciences. Rashmi then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Geology/Earth Science, General from M.S. College Saharanpur from 2002 to 2005. Continuing their education, they enrolled at Integral University in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh from 2015 to 2017 and acquired an MBA in Operations Management and Supervision.

In addition to their formal education, Rashmi Bedi has also obtained two certifications. In July 2019, they became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance. Rashmi also achieved the status of a Certified RPA Professional from Automation Anywhere in May 2020.
