Reba Cox

Reba Cox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and sales operations. Currently serving as the Global Head of GTM Annual Planning at MongoDB since March 2018, Reba has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Sales Operations and Global Head of Procurement, Travel & Sustainability. Prior to MongoDB, Reba worked at ESAB as Senior Procurement Strategy- Global, leading the implementation of global strategies, and at Philips Health Systems as Global Business Analyst- Strategic Sourcing, where project implementation and data analysis were key responsibilities. Reba's previous experience includes roles at Philips Lighting, Mitsui & Co., Ltd., and Natixis CIB Americas, focusing on strategic sourcing and base metals. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BA in International Economics from the University of West Georgia.
