Rita R. has extensive work experience in the field of technology and software development. Rita currently holds the position of Director Developer Relations at MongoDB, a role they have been in since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at MongoDB as a Senior Lead Developer Relations from May 2022 to July 2022 and as the Head of Developer Advocacy Content from March 2021 to May 2022. Before joining MongoDB, Rita held the position of Head of PreSales at Utmost from March 2020 to February 2021, and as a Senior Tech Lead Implementation Services from July 2019 to March 2020. Rita also worked as a Solutions Architect at MongoDB from September 2018 to July 2019. In addition, Rita has experience working at Workday as a Senior Software Engineer - Architect from March 2016 to September 2018, at Sysnet Global Solutions as a Senior Software Engineer from September 2015 to March 2016, and as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer as a freelancer from August 2014 to August 2015.
