Shiva Mendonca

Shiva Mendonca has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career at Becker College as a Head Student Ambassador and an Orientation Leader. After that, they worked as a Project Manager at AllProWebTools, focusing on customer onboarding and internal process improvement. Shiva then joined GuideSpark as a Producer, handling multiple simultaneous projects for different clients. At Viscira, they served as an Associate Interactive Producer, managing various creative projects such as AR/VR, custom apps, and print materials. They moved on to Ten-X as a Design Program Manager, optimizing project flows and increasing daily project capacity. Currently, Shiva is employed at MongoDB, where they have held positions such as Design Program Manager and Senior Design Program Manager before assuming their current role as Lead, Brand/Creative Program Management.

Shiva Mendonca attended Becker College from 2012 to 2016 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Game and Interactive Media Design. In addition, Shiva also obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in December 2019.
