Silvia Tropea

Silvia Tropea is an experienced Human Resources professional with a focus on compliance and employee relations across EMEA. Currently serving as the Human Resources Compliance Manager and Global Lead for Mindful at MongoDB since October 2019, Silvia has previously held various HR roles at MongoDB, including Employee Experience Manager and Sr HR Generalist. Prior experience includes positions at Forcepoint as HR Generalist/EMEA Payroll Specialist and HR Generalist, where responsibilities involved employee relations and onboarding processes. Silvia also worked as a Project and Linguistic Consultant at Regione Calabria, contributing to internationalization projects, and held HR positions at Raytheon|Websense, Green Energy Ltd, and the University Magna Graecia of Catanzaro, showcasing a diverse background in HR and education.
