Sophia Traeder has a diverse background in military, medical, and corporate sectors, demonstrating expertise in strategic consultation, sales, and disaster response. As a Strategy and Content Consultant at Foresight Integrated Solutions, Sophia converted military protocols to civilian applications and managed administrative tasks. In military roles, Sophia excelled as a Guardian Response Team Leader within the Department of Defense, successfully coordinating disaster management efforts and overseeing significant equipment accountability. Currently serving as a 1st Lieutenant and Platoon Leader in the Army National Guard, Sophia focuses on mission readiness and soldiers' development.
