Suraj Patel

Suraj Patel is currently the VP and Head of MongoDB Ventures & Corporate Development at MongoDB, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Suraj served as Principal at Bow Capital from July 2016 to August 2022. Suraj's experience also includes a role in Analytics at Looker, where contributions were made towards helping companies become data-driven from June 2014 to August 2016. Earlier professional experience includes being a member of a small team launching a new product focused on customer engagement management at TIBCO from January 2012 to May 2014, and developing strategic initiatives for Wells Fargo's insurance businesses from September 2010 to January 2012. Suraj holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
