Taylor Francis has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They began their career in 2010 as a Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, where they worked in both the Clinical Neuroscience Lab and the Sexual Psychophysiology Laboratory. In 2012, they transitioned to a Media Coordinator role at The College of Education at The University of Texas at Austin, where they assisted professors and graduate students in utilizing media equipment.

In 2015, Taylor moved on to work at Impossible Ventures as an Operations Contractor, specializing in data annotation and front-end operations management. Later that year, they joined TrendKite as an Account Architect, contributing to PR analytics and assisting PR professionals in quantifying their business impact.
