Tushar Kwatra

Tushar Kwatra, CMA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of accounting and finance. Tushar is currently employed as an Accounting Manager at MongoDB since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at EXL where they held the positions of Lead Assistant Manager from January 2021 to May 2022, and Assistant Manager from January 2018 to December 2020. Before joining EXL, Tushar worked at Macquarie Group as a Senior Associate from July 2017 to January 2018. Tushar began their career at Genpact as a Process Developer from January 2015 to June 2017, where they gained experience in various accounting activities including balance sheet account reconciliations, financial reporting, and SAP-HFM tie-outs. Tushar also served as an Account Executive at Crown Roadlines PVT LTD from June 2012 to September 2014.

Tushar Kwatra, CMA, has a strong education background in accounting and finance. Tushar earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance from Delhi University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. In 2018, Tushar pursued further education and obtained a Master of Commerce (M.com) degree in Accounting and Finance from Indira Gandhi National Open University.

In addition to their formal education, Tushar Kwatra obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) in April 2023. This certification demonstrates their expertise and dedication to their profession as a management accountant.
