Wade Baldwin

Wade Baldwin has worked in various roles throughout their career. Their most recent position was as an Escalation Manager at MongoDB since August 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at Pure Storage from November 2018 to August 2021. Wade also served as a Support Manager at EMC from August 2011 to October 2018. Before that, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Convergys from January 2010 to August 2011. Additionally, Wade gained experience as a Tech Support Supervisor at Accelerated Payment Technologies, Inc. from September 2010 to January 2011, where they supervised a team of Technical Support agents and oversaw the rollout of software upgrades to customers.

Wade Baldwin graduated from Stevens-Henager College in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science. During their time at the college, they focused on a combination of Computer Science and Computer Programming. In January 2014, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Support Manager (CSM) from Service Strategies.
