Founded by Monik C. Jones in 2004, Monik’s Creative Movement (MCM) is a dance education company that provides quality programs to dance students of all ages and experience levels. Our mission is to use dance education and training as a catalyst to develop the communication skills, self-confidence and adaptability needed to thrive in all facets of life. MCM consists of three entities:
•	Programs: Customized, age-appropriate curriculum for school programs, community dance classes, camps, and private clients
•	Professional development: Training for current and future dance educators
•	Entertainment: Themed dance parties and events
