Susan also worked as a Senior Business Analyst in the same company, overseeing mobile app projects. Prior to joining PointSource, Susan worked at IBM Corporation from 2004 to 2013, where they held various roles including Digital Marketing Strategist and Information Architect & Technical Editor. Susan implemented successful digital marketing strategies and content marketing initiatives during their time at IBM.

Additionally, Susan has experience in academia, having worked as a Visiting Lecturer at North Carolina State University, teaching business communications courses for engineering undergraduates. Susan Peich completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics at Duquesne University from 1993 to 1998.
