Michael Johnson has worked in the audio industry since 2002, starting as a Designer for Rega Research Limited. In 2005, they moved to Monitor Audio as an International Marketing Manager. In 2010, they joined KEF as Head of Marketing, New Media Business, Europe, where they were responsible for the marketing strategy and deployment in support of KEF personal and digital audio products across Europe. Michael then became Senior Marketing Manager and later Head of Marketing at KEF. In 2018, they were appointed Marketing Director, KEF Europe. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Global Marketing Director at Monitor Audio.
Michael Johnson attended Colchester Sixth Form before enrolling at the University of Portsmouth, where they earned a BA (Hons) in Communication Design in 2002. In 2019, they completed a Digital Marketing Strategies: Data, Automation, AI & Analytics program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
