Steven Lim

Steven Lim began their career in 2001 as a QA Engineer at Foremost Audio Sdn Bhd. In this role, they acted as a production supervisor for 3 months and then joined the continual improvement team to collect data, measure, analyze, improve and control. Steven then transferred to the QC department as a QA Engineer. In 2005, they joined Monitor Audio Ltd as a Project Manager and QC Engineer. As Project Manager, they were responsible for developing new products such as traditional loudspeakers, in-wall/ in-ceiling speakers, iPod docking speaker, wireless/ bluetooth speaker and Soundbar speaker with various manufacturers. Steven was also responsible for planning, managing, coordinating and financially controlling different projects with different manufacturers. As QC Engineer, they were responsible for developing new products with the manufacturers in China, starting from product's design evaluation, engineering sample evaluation, pilot production and mass production. Steven also coordinated between the team in UK and manufacturer.

Steven Lim attended Sekolah Menengah Bedong, Kedah from 1989 to 1996. Steven then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology from 1997 to 2000. No additional certifications have been listed.
