Dave Keyworth

Dave Keyworth is the owner of MonitorClosely.com, where they assess physical security at customer locations and develop custom solutions to reduce internal theft and inventory shrinkage, reduce accidents, reduce liability and workers' compensation costs, increase employee productivity, track customer buying habits, deter inappropriate behavior, and create a safe environment. From 1981 to 2004, they served at Steelcase in roles including Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Technician, and Operations Superintendent. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as an Operations Consultant with Blue Water Partners, engaging in projects to organize and direct improvements and coordinating plant closings at several sites. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Management from Western Michigan University (1977–1979).
