Tom Blair

Tom Blair is an experienced professional in energy market analysis and web design. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Monitoring Analytics, LLC since 2008, Tom specializes in the structure and behavior of wholesale electric power markets, focusing on Ancillary Services including Primary & Secondary Reserve and Demand Response. Tom has also contributed as a Web Designer for the Pages to Pirouettes Ballet Company since 2005. Previously, Tom owned and operated Robin Goodfellow Web Designs from 1999 to 2011, providing media development services for small to mid-sized businesses in the Philadelphia area. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Market Database Analyst and Analyst at PJM Interconnection from 1998 to 2008. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania.
