Maëva Debels has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2016, they worked as a Seller at Bellewaerde. From 2017 to 2019, they held the position of Assistant responsable marketing at Minerva Bikes and subsequently worked as a Cashier at Carrefour from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they briefly worked as an Administrative Assistant at KBC Bank & Verzekering. In 2021, they completed a Student Internship at Kabinet Brusselse minister. From 2022, they were a Community Manager at HELPUS.FR Les Bonnes Annonces, followed by a Communication internship role at Comédie de Lille. Maëva also gained experience as Sales Staff and Cashier at IKEA in 2020. In the same year, they joined Monizze and MetiSelect as a Customer Care representative and Project Consultant respectively.

Maëva Debels began their education in 2014 at Rhizo Kortrijk, where they studied Sports Studies for a year. Maëva then attended Immaculata Ypres from 2015 to 2017 and earned their High School Diploma with a focus on Sciences Sociales. In 2017, they enrolled at the Faculty of Law, Politics and Economics-University of Lille, where they completed their first year of studies and obtained a Licence 1 in Droit. Continuing their educational journey, Maëva pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management at VIVES/Brugge Business School from 2018 to 2019. Currently, from 2019 to 2022, they are attending Erasmushogeschool Brussel, specializing in Communication.
