Marta Reiz

Marta Reiz has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Marta began their career as a Producer for an iPhone app at Business Engineering School La Salle in 2011. Marta then worked as an Executive Producer at Anymoon Productions Madrid, where they were responsible for various business areas such as web design, photography, audiovisual production, and event organization. In 2013, Marta became a Digital Product Owner at Zenks World SL, where they defined product concepts for a mobile app and an HTML 5 collaborative online platform.

From 2014 to 2016, Marta worked as a Product Manager in the R&D Department at FUDEPI (Ma Jesús Álava Reyes Foundation). Marta'sresponsibilities included designing and developing new product lines, with a focus on a video game for kids. Marta collaborated with cognitive investigators and outsourced IT teams to draft specifications and oversee the project's launch.

In 2015, Marta worked as a Technical Consultant on a freelance project for Organización de Estados Iberoamericanos -OEI-. Marta provided technical consultancy for an e-learning platform, conducting analysis in the field and estimating user growth segments.

Marta joined Sfera Eco Resort in 2016 as the Chief Product Officer, where they managed project management, business strategy, and sponsorship and budget planning.

In 2018, Marta took on the role of Product Owner at SICPA, where they managed product development and prioritized the product backlog. Marta also designed functional prototypes and wrote technical specifications for large international government projects.

From 2018 to 2019, Marta worked as a Product Owner at 2gether, a banking platform that enables FIAT and crypto daily banking. Marta was responsible for launching the 2gether app in 19 European countries and overseeing product strategy and feature functional definition.

Since 2019, Marta has been working at Personio as a Senior Product Manager. Marta works within the OKR framework in the Payroll Automation team, collaborating closely with Compliance to deliver a smart payroll experience to HR managers throughout Europe. Marta'sresponsibilities include accepting continuous releases, providing context and a clear roadmap to stakeholders and other departments.

Recently, Marta joined Monkey Taps in 2021 as the COO.

Marta Reiz has a diverse education history that spans several years. Marta holds a degree in Audiovisual Communication, which they obtained from Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2004 to 2009. In 2010 to 2011, Marta pursued a Master's Degree in Creation, Design, and Multimedia Engineering at La Salle BCN. Afterward, in 2018 to 2019, they attended ThePower Business School, where they earned a Business Expert degree in Business Administration.

More recently, Marta participated in the Product Leadership Program at Reforge in 2023 to further enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications to complement their education, including "Preparing to Manage Human Resources" from the University of Minnesota in May 2021, "PREVENCIÓN DE RIESGOS LABORALES EN EL TRABAJO A DISTANCIA: MODALIDAD TELETRABAJO" from Cualtis in April 2021, "Scrum Fundamentals Certified" in July 2018, and "Scrum Product Owner Certified" in July 2018, both from SCRUMstudy.
