Caroline Bitar

Caroline Bitar's work experience includes roles at Media.Monks, ZOLY, HP, and Agência Fischer. At Media.Monks, they served as the HR Associate Director in Brazil and later as the Head of HR, where they were responsible for creating and developing the People team and leading a merger process. At ZOLY, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager, leading various processes in the People area and managing a merger and acquisition process. At HP, they held multiple roles, including LATAM Business Operations Manager and LATAM Business Planning in the People department, where they led people-related activities and volunteered for the Women Development Program. At Agência Fischer, they worked as a Human Resources Analyst, overseeing various HR subsystems.

Caroline Bitar obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Universidade Paulista in 2013. In 2014-2015, they pursued a postgraduate degree in Business Management at Asia Pacific International College in Sydney, Australia. In 2013, they completed a professional and self-coaching program at Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC. Currently, they are enrolled in an Executive MBA program in Leadership & Strategic People Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, expected to be completed in 2023.
